As a massage therapist since 1984 - some 32 years, I have developed my practice with emphasis upon helping people relieve pain by restoring balance to one's muscle tone and structural alignment, and in supporting one's health and sense of well-being. As a yoga instructor, I have acquired skills in very subtle observation, which helps me fine-tune my connection with and ability to communicate with each person during their session. Education is of utmost importance to me, and I regularly find opportunities to increase my knowledge and aptitudes for providing the best care andclient experience possible.
